IRP + GAPP · ACST + ACRT
The best of both worlds. For your Apple device.
We are an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP), with access to genuine Apple parts through IRP and the Genuine Apple Parts Program (GAPP), and a technician who holds the Apple Certified Support Technician (ACST) and Apple Certified Repair Technician (ACRT) certifications. This training complements our experience in logic board repair.
IRP applies to selected out-of-warranty iPhone and Mac repairs. Component-level board repair is a service provided by ReciclaTecnología. We are an independent repair shop, not an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP); ReciclaTecnología provides the warranty for our work.

MacBook screen repair services in Barcelona
We don’t just swap screens — we diagnose the root cause and repair what actually needs fixing. From cracked glass to logic-level backlight faults.
Cracked screen replacement
Physical damage from a drop or impact. We replace the full display assembly — panel, glass and digitiser — with high-quality OLED or Retina LCD matched to your model.

MacBook shows a faint image or nothing at all. Backlight failure is often a component-level fault on the logic board — we repair it without replacing the full screen when possible.
From 89€Lines and dead pixels
Horizontal or vertical lines, dead pixel clusters or colour anomalies. We diagnose whether the fault is the panel itself, the flex cable or the GPU, and repair accordingly.
From 89€Flexgate repair (stage light effect)
The famous MacBook Pro 2016–2019 Flexgate fault — a flickering bottom stripe or stage-light shadow. We repair or replace the display flex cable to fully resolve it.
From 99€Flickering display fix
Screen flickers randomly, dims or goes black intermittently. Often caused by a failing GPU connection, loose flex or backlight driver. We trace and fix the root cause.
From 100 €Screen delamination
Anti-reflective coating peeling or sticking to the screen (the «staingate» issue on older Retina models). We replace the display assembly and restore original image quality.
From 100 €iMac screen replacement
Cracked iMac glass, dead pixels or display failure on iMac 21.5″ or 27″. We replace the screen panel with precision tools without damaging the chassis.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before bringing your MacBook in for a screen repair.
How much does MacBook screen repair cost in Barcelona?
MacBook screen repairs start from 100 € for older MacBook Air models. The exact price depends on the model, year and type of fault. Initial assessment is free with no obligation to proceed. We give you a firm price before starting any work — no surprises.
How long does MacBook screen repair take?
Most MacBook screen replacements are completed the same day, typically within 2–3 hours. We stock screens for all major models. Some newer MacBook Pro 14″ and 16″ models with Liquid Retina XDR panels may require 1–2 days if the part needs to be ordered.
Is it worth repairing a cracked MacBook screen?
In most cases yes, especially for MacBooks less than 6–7 years old. A screen repair typically costs a fraction of a new Mac. We assess this honestly during the Free initial assessment — if the repair cost doesn’t make sense relative to the machine’s value, we’ll tell you clearly.
Can you fix a MacBook screen that shows lines but isn’t cracked?
Yes. Lines on a MacBook screen without physical damage are usually caused by a faulty flex cable, a loose display connector or — less commonly — a GPU fault on the logic board. We diagnose the exact cause and often repair it without replacing the full panel, which reduces the cost significantly.
What is the Flexgate issue and can you repair it?
Flexgate is a design fault affecting MacBook Pro models from 2016 to 2019 where the display flex cable gradually fails, causing a flickering strip at the bottom of the screen or a stage-light shadow effect. We repair this by replacing the flex cable — a much cheaper fix than replacing the full display assembly.
Do you repair iMac screens too?
Yes. We repair all iMac screens, including the 21.5″, 24″ and 27″ models, from 2012 to the latest M-series iMac. iMac screen replacement is a more complex job and typically takes 1–2 days. We provide a Free initial assessment and firm quote before starting.
What warranty does the screen repair come with?
All screen repairs include a 3-year warranty covering both the panel and the labour. If the screen shows any fault related to our repair within 36 months, we fix it at no charge. This is one of the longest screen repair warranties available in Barcelona.
