Come to the shop in Sant Antoni — no appointment, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00 with no lunch break. If you would rather check first, send us the model and a photo of the damage on WhatsApp. We deal with customers in English every day.
Free assessment: glass or full display
We find out what actually broke. On older iPads the outer glass is a separate part and the repair is cheaper. On newer ones the glass and the panel are bonded into one unit, so the complete assembly goes. You get the exact price before we touch anything, and you are free to walk away.
We open it with heat, not force
An iPad is glued shut, with the battery sitting directly under the panel. We soften the adhesive, lift the screen slowly and keep the aluminium frame straight. On models with a home button we move your original button across, because Touch ID is paired to your iPad and a replacement button will not work.
Sealed, tested and back to you
We fit fresh adhesive, clamp the iPad while it cures, then test touch across the whole surface along with brightness, cameras and buttons. Most screens are done the same day; if we have to order your panel, allow 24 to 72 hours. You leave with a 3-year warranty.

Heat and patience, not brute force
The screen is bonded to the frame with adhesive all the way round. Rush it and you bend the aluminium or puncture the battery underneath. We use controlled heat and thin picks, and we take the time it takes.
Glass or full display — we check first
On many older iPads only the outer glass is broken and the panel behind it is fine, which is a far cheaper repair. We find out before we quote, so you do not pay for a complete assembly you never needed.
Properly resealed
A new screen is only as good as the adhesive holding it down. We fit fresh perimeter adhesive and clamp the iPad while it cures, so the panel does not start lifting at a corner a month later.
3-year warranty
Our work and the parts we fit are covered for 3 years, with the scope and exclusions set out in our terms. Liquid damage and battery wear are excluded, and known manufacturing defects are covered for 1 year.
Same day on most models
We hold screens for the most common iPads in our own stock, so a lot of jobs go out the same day at no extra cost. If your panel has to be ordered, it is normally 24 to 72 hours.

17 agosto, 2026Escribo esta reseña casi dos semanas después de mi visita a este servicio, y aunque mi opinión podría cambiar más adelante, esto es lo que pienso hasta ahora. Toda mi experiencia previa con centros de servicio no autorizados de Apple había sido negativa: retrasos, comunicación poco transparente y, muchas veces, el dispositivo volvía en peor estado del que tenía, después de haber gastado dinero. Llegué a ReciclaTecnologia un par de horas después de derramar una copa entera de espresso tónico sobre mi MacBook Air M5 de 15 pulgadas nuevo, de la empresa - literalmente empapé todo el portátil, no con agua sino con una bebida con gas. Lamentablemente, los servicios oficiales de Apple no hacen limpieza local en estos casos y directamente proponen sustituir todo el topcase (la parte con teclado y batería), lo que suele costar desde 500 euros, especialmente en los modelos más nuevos. Por eso acudí a ellos para una limpieza ultrasónica y extracción de líquido. Una hora después de contactarlos ya me habían enviado fotos por WhatsApp del portátil desmontado mostrando el estado actual, y durante los 3 días que duró la reparación la comunicación fue rápida y constante. Eso sí, me advirtieron desde el principio que, aunque llevé el portátil casi de inmediato, había entrado mucho líquido y era posible que algunos componentes no volvieran a funcionar tras la limpieza. Lamentablemente el trackpad resultó dañado y hubo que sustituirlo, cosa que hicieron sin problema. Resumen: * Limpieza ultrasónica - 100 euros * Sustitución del trackpad por uno original de un equipo donante - 85 euros * Duración total del trabajo - 3 días * Comunicación transparente y rápida * 3 años de garantía en el trabajo realizado (¿alguien ha visto algo así en algún otro sitio?) Casi dos semanas después no he notado ningún cambio en el funcionamiento de mi MacBook, y espero no notarlo en el futuro. Sin duda fue una muy buena experiencia para tratarse de un servicio no autorizado, y pienso volver a acudir a ellos en el futuro. Considero que se merecen 5 estrellas y espero que mi opinión no cambie.

How much does it cost to replace an iPad screen in Barcelona?
Prices are fixed per model and start at 50 € for the original iPad and iPad 2. As examples from our list: 89€ for an iPad 5 to 8, 100€ for an iPad 9, 250€ for an iPad Air 5 and 320€ for an 11″ iPad Pro 3rd generation. The full table is further down this page and the initial assessment is free.
Is it just the glass, or does the whole display have to go?
It depends on the model. On older iPads the outer glass is a separate part, so if the display underneath still works you only pay for the glass. On newer iPads the glass and the panel are bonded into one unit and the complete assembly is replaced. The iPad 10 is the clearest example on our list: 120€ for the glass, 200€ for the LCD.
How long does an iPad screen repair take?
Many are finished the same day at no extra cost. If your panel is not in our stock it normally takes 24 to 72 hours to come in. Because iPad screens are glued rather than clipped, we also leave the new adhesive to cure before handing the tablet back.
Will I lose my photos or apps?
No. A screen replacement does not touch your storage, so your photos, apps and settings stay exactly where they were. We would still suggest backing up to iCloud or a computer before any repair, simply as a habit.
My iPad screen is cracked but it still works. Should I fix it?
Yes, and sooner is cheaper. Once the glass is open, dust and moisture reach the touch layer underneath, and a repair that would have been glass-only turns into a full display assembly. Splintered glass is also unpleasant to use every day.
What warranty comes with an iPad screen repair?
Every repair carries a 3-year commercial warranty on our work and on the parts we fit, with the scope and exclusions set out in our terms. Liquid damage and battery wear are not covered, and known manufacturing defects are covered for 1 year. If anything related to our work fails, we put it right at no charge.
Is the assessment really free, and do I need an appointment?
The initial assessment is free and there is no appointment — walk into Carrer del Marquès de Campo Sagrado 13-15 in Sant Antoni, Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 20:00. A €25 fee applies only if you authorise a technical diagnosis with disassembly and then decline the repair we propose. Accept the repair and that fee is waived in full.
