What we pay for your Apple device is set by our appraiser with the device in hand: model, real condition, battery health and what it is worth that day on the second-hand market. We don’t publish a fixed price list because no two devices are the same, and a made-up number would be no use to you.
What is fixed is the bonus. If you take another device from the shop with that sale — repaired, refurbished or new — we add 50, 100 or 150 € on top of the valuation. The tier depends on the value and the age of the device you leave with us, and we tell you which one applies at the moment of the valuation, before you decide anything.
