Two ways to buy — pick the one that suits you
Whether you live five streets away in the Eixample or you are reading this from London, Berlin or New York, there is a route that works. Both are live right now.
1. Reserve, then come and test it
Pay a 15% deposit online to reserve the machine. When it reaches our shop in Sant Antoni we let you know, you drop in, you switch it on, you check the screen, the keyboard, the ports and the battery health with us — and only then do you pay the remaining 85% and take it home. If it is not what you expected, you choose another unit or get your deposit back in full.
2. Reserve from abroad and have it shipped
Not in Barcelona? Same 15% deposit. When the Mac arrives we send you real photographs of that exact machine — its condition, its battery health and its serial — over WhatsApp or email. If you are happy, you pay the remaining 85% online and we ship it to you. If you are not, the deposit comes straight back. Shipping cost is quoted and agreed with you before anything leaves the shop.

Some machines are physically here in the shop, photographed and ready. Those are marked “Comprar directamente” in our catalogue: you pay the full price in one go and choose collection in Sant Antoni or delivery. The 15% deposit only applies to made-to-order models.

What a refurbished Mac from us actually means
We are not a marketplace and we are not a shop that buys boxes and resells them unopened. We are an independent Apple repair workshop, and every Mac we sell has been through the same bench as the machines we fix.
- Checked part by part: battery, display, keyboard, trackpad, speakers, camera, every port, storage health and a full performance run. If a unit does not pass, it does not go on sale.
- Clean and unlocked: no iCloud activation lock, no MDM enrolment, no previous owner’s data. Wiped and reinstalled properly.
- Honest condition grading: Fair, Very good, Excellent and Premium. The grade describes cosmetic wear only — every machine works properly whatever the grade.
- The price you see is the price you pay: all prices include Spanish VAT. No listing fee, no buyer’s premium, no surprise at checkout.
- Backed by the workshop that sold it: if something goes wrong, you are not posting it to a warehouse in another country. You bring it back to Carrer del Marquès de Campo Sagrado and we fix it ourselves.

How buying works, step by step
Tell us what it is for
Message us on WhatsApp or walk in. Photo editing, university, a family desktop, a dev machine — the honest answer often costs you less than the one you had in mind.
Choose the machine
We show you what is physically in the shop and what we can order in, with the specification, the condition grade and the price including VAT.
Pay in full, or reserve with 15%
In-stock units are paid in one go. Made-to-order units take a 15% deposit by card, PayPal or bank transfer; the other 85% stays open. Typical lead time is 5 to 7 working days, and up to 10 in exceptional cases.
Inspect before you commit
Come in and test it yourself, or — if you are away — get real photos of the actual unit, its condition and its battery health before you pay the balance.
Collect or receive it
Pick it up in Sant Antoni or have it shipped. Either way you get a proper sales invoice and your warranty in writing.
We stay your technical support
Same address, same people. If anything goes wrong in the warranty period, it is a five-minute walk, not a courier claim.
Warranty, in plain English
Our refurbished machines carry a three-year warranty — the same one we put on our repairs. Every listing states the warranty that applies to that exact unit, because a small number of older Intel machines are sold with one year instead. You will always see it before you pay.
- What it does not cover: liquid damage and normal battery wear.
- Known endemic design faults are covered for one year.
- Full conditions are published on our three-year warranty page.
- Repairs under warranty are carried out in our own workshop in Barcelona. Nothing is shipped abroad.
Paying in instalments: 6, 12 or 24 monthly payments are available, subject to approval by the finance provider.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy a refurbished Mac from you if I don’t live in Barcelona?
Yes. Reserve the machine with a 15% deposit, and when it reaches our shop we send you real photographs of that exact unit, its condition and its battery health. Only if you are happy do you pay the remaining 85% online, and we ship it to you. If it is not what was agreed, you choose a different unit or we return the deposit in full.
What is the 15% deposit for, exactly?
It confirms a made-to-order machine — one that is not physically in our shop yet. It is paid by card, PayPal or bank transfer, and the remaining 85% stays open until the Mac has arrived and you have approved it. Units already in the shop do not need a deposit: you simply pay the full price.
How long does a made-to-order Mac take?
Usually 5 to 7 working days. In exceptional cases — supply or transport — it can stretch to 10 working days, and we tell you as soon as we know.
Can I try the Mac before paying the rest?
Yes, and we encourage it. Collect it in Sant Antoni, switch it on with us, run through the screen, keyboard, ports and battery health, ask everything you want, and pay the balance when you are satisfied.
What warranty comes with a refurbished Mac?
Three years on our refurbished units, the same warranty we give on our repairs. A small number of older Intel machines are sold with one year — each listing states which applies. Liquid damage and normal battery wear are excluded; known endemic faults are covered for one year. Full terms are on our warranty page.
Is the price the final price?
Yes, Spanish VAT is included in every price shown. Delivery is the only extra: if you want the Mac shipped, we confirm the transport cost with you before it leaves the shop.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Expats, students, remote workers and visitors are a large part of who we serve. Write to us in English on WhatsApp and you will get an answer in English, and you will be dealt with in English in the shop.
What is the difference between refurbished and second-hand?
A second-hand Mac is sold as it is. A refurbished Mac has been through our workshop first: tested part by part, cleaned, wiped, reinstalled, graded for cosmetic condition and sold with a written warranty. Same idea as buying second hand, without the gamble.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — 6, 12 or 24 monthly payments, subject to approval by the finance provider. Ask us and we will set it up with you.
Do I need an appointment?
No. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00, and you can walk in whenever suits you.
