Buy refurbished iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac in Barcelona, checked one by one in our own repair workshop and sold with three years of warranty. We are an independent Apple repair shop in Sant Antoni, not a marketplace reseller: every machine you see here has been on our bench, and the people who tested it are the same people who will fix it if anything goes wrong. Listed prices are final, VAT included.

Pick your device

Each family has its own page, with the models we stock, what they cost and what to watch out for before you buy:

• Refurbished Mac — MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio and Mac Pro. The widest range we carry, and the one where a repair shop’s judgement matters most.
• Refurbished iPhone — unlocked, clean IMEI, battery health 85 % or better. Read the note on eSIM-only handsets before you order.
• Refurbished iPad — standard iPad, Air, mini and Pro, with no MDM enrolment left over from a corporate fleet.
• Refurbished Apple Watch — catalogue page in Spanish; write to us in English and we answer in English.
• Used AirPods — shown for information only. Order, payment and collection happen in the shop; we do not ship them.

What the condition grades mean

We grade every device by its cosmetic condition, using the same scale the big refurbishers use. All of them work correctly and have passed our technical check — the grade only tells you how much use shows on the outside:

• Premium — as new, barely a sign of use.
• Excellent — minimal micro-marks, almost invisible.
• Very good — normal marks of use, perfect working order. The best value for money.
• Correct — more visible marks of use; the cheapest option if price is what matters.
• Faulty biometrics — devices whose Face ID or Touch ID no longer works, at a reduced price. Everything else works normally.

If you are torn between two grades, write to us. Once your unit reaches Sant Antoni we send you real photographs of that specific device before you pay the rest.

How buying works, step by step

For every iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac that can be bought remotely we work to order. That is what lets us offer a wide catalogue without inflating prices to pay for stock sitting on a shelf.

1. Choose your device and model on the family page.
2. Reserve it online with a 15 % deposit: card, PayPal or bank transfer.
3. Estimated lead time: 5 to 7 working days; exceptionally it can stretch to 10 working days.
4. When your device arrives we send you real photographs of its condition, its battery health and its IMEI or serial number.
5. You decide: pay the balance online and choose InPost locker delivery or collection in Sant Antoni.

Our reservation commitment: if the unit that arrives does not match what was agreed, you either pick a different one or get your deposit back in full. No argument, no restocking fee.

Some devices are in the shop already and can be bought on the spot — those you can come and see, switch on and take home the same day.

The three-year warranty, in plain English

Used and refurbished devices come with three years of liability for lack of conformity — the same cover we put on our repairs, and well beyond what second-hand normally offers. Used AirPods are the exception: one year, agreed expressly, because they are sold to order and collected in person.

What that does and does not cover:

• Natural wear that we told you about before the sale is not, on its own, a lack of conformity.
• A drop, a knock or a cracked screen is not covered free of charge — but it does not void the warranty on unrelated faults elsewhere in the device.
• If we repair that damage for you, the part we fit and that repair carry three years from the new repair; the rest of the device keeps whatever time it had left.
• Liquid damage, corrosion and their consequences are excluded.

Why buy from a repair shop rather than a reseller

A reseller sends a device back to a supplier when it fails. We open it. That changes three things you can actually check:

• We know what is inside. Every unit is opened, tested part by part, cleaned and reinstalled before it is graded — not just wiped and photographed.
• Repairs stay here. If something fails in year two you walk back into the same shop, not into a courier queue.
• We repair what Apple has retired. Being independent means we still service machines Apple classes as vintage or obsolete, so an older Mac is not a dead end.

We are not an Apple Authorised Service Provider and we are not affiliated with Apple. We say so plainly because it is the reason we can do the three things above.

Trade in your old Apple device

Bring the machine you are replacing and we will price it against the one you are buying — including devices that are broken, because we buy those too for parts and refurbishment. You can get an online valuation first, or just bring it in.

Frequently asked questions

Are these devices new or refurbished?

Refurbished: devices that have been checked and tested, then graded by cosmetic condition (Correct, Very good, Excellent or Premium). Occasionally we also have sealed new units. All of them come with a clean IMEI, no iCloud lock and no MDM enrolment.

What warranty comes with a refurbished device?

Three years of liability for lack of conformity on used and refurbished devices. Used AirPods carry one year, agreed expressly; they are sold to order with in-store collection and are not shipped. Natural wear disclosed before the sale is not on its own a lack of conformity.

Do I lose the whole warranty if I drop it or crack the screen?

No. A drop, a knock or a broken screen is not covered free of charge, but it does not void the warranty on unrelated faults in the rest of the device. If we repair the damage, the part fitted and that repair carry three years from the new repair, and the rest keeps its remaining term. Liquid damage, corrosion and their consequences are excluded.

Can I buy from outside Barcelona?

Yes. Reserve online with a 15 % deposit, and we ship once you have approved the photographs of your actual unit. Estimated lead time is 5 to 7 working days and, exceptionally, up to 10 working days. Used AirPods are the one exception: they are ordered, paid for and collected in the shop only.

Can I see the device before paying in full?

Yes. When your unit reaches us we send real photographs of its condition, battery health and IMEI or serial number before you pay the balance. After that you choose InPost locker delivery or collection in Sant Antoni.

What do the grades Correct, Very good, Excellent and Premium mean?

They describe cosmetic condition only — marks of use, not how the device works. Premium is as new, Excellent almost flawless, Very good has normal marks of use and Correct is the cheapest. All of them pass our technical check and work perfectly.

Can I order it with a brand-new battery?

Yes. Every device is handed over with battery health of 85 % or better, and on iPhone and iPad you can ask for a brand-new battery fitted for 45 € more. Request it when you reserve.

Do you speak English in the shop?

Yes. Write to us in English on WhatsApp and you get an answer in English, and you will be dealt with in English in the shop. We also work in Spanish, Catalan, French, Italian and German.

Where do I collect my refurbished Apple device in Barcelona?

At our shop on Carrer del Marquès de Campo Sagrado 13-15 (Sant Antoni, Eixample), 08015 Barcelona. Open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00, no appointment needed. We also repair devices and buy your old Apple kit.
