Battery health guaranteed
Every iPhone is handed over with 85% battery health or better. Want it like new? We will fit a brand-new battery for €45 extra — just ask when you reserve.
Three-year warranty
The same warranty we give on our repairs, far beyond what second-hand normally offers. Liquid damage and normal battery wear are excluded; endemic design faults are covered for one year.
Clean IMEI, properly wiped
Verified IMEI, no iCloud activation lock, no carrier lock, no company MDM enrolment, and the previous owner’s data erased. You get a phone, not somebody else’s problem.
Honest condition grades
Fair, Very good, Excellent and Premium — the same scale the big refurbishers use. The grade describes cosmetic marks only; every handset works properly whatever the grade.
VAT-inclusive pricing
The figure on the listing is the figure you pay. No buyer’s fee, no platform commission, no surprise at checkout. Instalments over 6, 12 or 24 months are available subject to approval.
A real shop, in your city

Two ways to buy — including one built for people who aren’t here
This is the part most refurbished shops get wrong for foreigners. You never pay in full for a phone you haven’t seen.
1. Reserve, then test it in the shop
Pay a 15% deposit to reserve the exact model, capacity, colour and grade you want. When the handset reaches Sant Antoni we message you. You come in, we unbox it together, you check the screen, the cameras, the Face ID and the battery health reading — and only then do you pay the remaining 85% and take it home.
2. Reserve from anywhere and have it sent
Living abroad, moving to Barcelona next month, or just not able to come in? Same 15% deposit. When the handset arrives we send you real photographs of that specific phone plus its verified IMEI and battery health. If it matches what you agreed, you pay the remaining 85% online and we ship it. If it doesn’t, you pick another unit or get the deposit back in full.

Handsets physically in the shop are photographed individually and marked “Comprar directamente” in our catalogue — you pay the full price straight away and choose collection or delivery. No deposit, no waiting. The 15% deposit only applies to made-to-order models.

Before you order: eSIM-only handsets
Some of our newer iPhones have no physical SIM tray.
US-market iPhones from recent generations are eSIM-only — which is how they fit a larger battery and improve water resistance. They are clearly flagged as “Solo eSIM” in the catalogue. Before you reserve one, check that your mobile operator supports eSIM, or send us the name of your operator and we will check it with you. If you are moving to Spain and don’t have a local operator yet, tell us and we will point you at one that does.

Reserve with 15%
Card, PayPal or bank transfer. The remaining 85% stays open. Add a brand-new battery for €45 at this point if you want one.
We source it
Typically 5 to 7 working days; in exceptional cases up to 10. We keep you posted on WhatsApp.
You check it before paying
Either in person in the shop, or through real photos of that exact handset plus its verified IMEI and battery health sent to you.
Pay the balance your way
In the shop when you collect it, or online if you want it shipped. Not what was agreed? Choose another unit or get the deposit back in full.
Keep us as your service centre
Invoice, three-year warranty and a workshop in the Eixample if the phone ever needs anything.
Trade in your old iPhone
We buy iPhones, iPads, Macs and Apple Watches on the spot, working or not, and take the value straight off the phone you are buying. Bring the device and your ID; the paperwork takes minutes. Can I buy a refurbished iPhone from you if I’m not in Barcelona?
Yes. Reserve it with a 15% deposit. When the handset arrives at our shop we send you real photographs of that exact phone, its condition, its battery health and its verified IMEI. If you are happy, you pay the remaining 85% online and we ship it to you. If it is not what was agreed, you choose another unit or we return the deposit in full.
What battery health do your refurbished iPhones have?
Every handset is delivered with battery health of 85% or better. If you want a phone that feels brand new, we will fit a brand-new battery for €45 on top of the price — tell us when you reserve.
How long does a refurbished iPhone take to arrive?
Usually 5 to 7 working days from the deposit. In exceptional cases — supply or transport — it can reach 10 working days, and we tell you as soon as we know. Handsets already in the shop are available immediately.
Are the iPhones unlocked?
Yes. Every handset has a verified, clean IMEI with no iCloud activation lock, no carrier lock and no corporate MDM enrolment, and the previous owner’s data has been erased.
What warranty do I get?
Three years — the same legal warranty we give on our repairs, and well beyond what second-hand normally comes with. It excludes liquid damage and normal battery wear; known endemic design faults are covered for one year. Full terms are published on our warranty page.
What do the condition grades mean?
Fair, Very good, Excellent and Premium — the standard refurbished scale. They describe cosmetic wear only: scuffs, micro-scratches, edge marks. Every handset we sell works properly regardless of its grade, and every one is tested before it leaves.
What is an «eSIM only» iPhone?
Recent US-market iPhones have no physical SIM tray and run entirely on eSIM, which lets Apple fit a bigger battery and improve water resistance. They are marked in our catalogue. Check that your operator supports eSIM before reserving one — or ask us and we will check it with you.
Is the price final, or does VAT get added later?
Final. Spanish VAT is already included in every price shown. Delivery is the only possible extra, and we confirm the cost with you before anything is dispatched.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes — 6, 12 or 24 instalments, subject to approval by the finance provider.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Expats, students, remote workers and visitors are a large part of who we serve. Write to us in English on WhatsApp and you will get an answer in English, and you will be dealt with in English in the shop.
Do I need an appointment to come in?
No. Walk in any time Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00, at Carrer del Marquès de Campo Sagrado 13-15, Sant Antoni.
