We are an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP), with access to genuine Apple parts through IRP and GAPP, and a technician who holds the Apple Certified Support Technician (ACST) and Apple Certified Repair Technician (ACRT) certifications. This training complements our experience in logic board repair.
IRP applies to selected out-of-warranty iPhone and Mac repairs. Component-level board repair is a service provided by ReciclaTecnología. We are an independent repair shop, not an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP); ReciclaTecnología provides the warranty for our work.

Before assuming the worst, it helps to know what “won’t turn on” actually looks like. Sometimes the screen stays black but the phone is on; sometimes it loops on the Apple logo; sometimes nothing happens at all. Each symptom points us in a different direction, which is why we alwaysopen every iPhone with a proper bench diagnosisinstead of guessing.
Walk-in welcome — most boot-failure checks are done the same day you drop the device off.
Why an iPhone stops turning on
The usual suspects are a worn-out battery that can no longer hold a charge, a damaged charging port, liquid that crept inside after a spill, or a knock that shifted something on the logic board. A failed software update can do it too. We rule these out one by one, cheapest first.
About your photos and data
A phone that won’t boot doesn’t mean your data is lost. In the majority of cases we restore access to everything once the hardware fault is sorted, and we’ll always tell you upfront if recovery looks unlikely.
Questions people ask us
My iPhone is completely black — is it dead?
Rarely. A black screen is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Battery, charging port and display faults all look identical from the outside until we test them.
Will I lose my photos?
Usually not. If the storage chip is healthy, your data stays intact once we fix what stopped the phone from booting.
How long does it take?
Many boot issues are diagnosed the same day. Repair time then depends on the part — we confirm both before touching anything.
